The Town of Sheboygan Falls contract with Accurate Appraisal LLC to perform the Town’s assessing. They have recently sent out letters to property owners that obtained building permits in 2025 and those that have Ag land. They are official letters to gather information on the projects/parcel. If they are not completed, a representative from Accurate will do a property visit when they are completing their field work later this spring. Call if you have any questions.
